Sakofall announced today that Jens Möllberg has been appointed as the company’s new CEO. Jens will assume the role on September 1, 2026, succeeding Tom Sakofall, who will remain on the board and take on a new role within the company focused on business development, partnerships, and strategic growth.
Jens Möllberg currently serves as COO with overall operational responsibility for the business. He has a solid background in leadership, business development, and change management gained from several senior positions, and during his time at Sakofall , he has contributed structure, clarity, and a strong focus on execution.
“Jens combines strong business acumen with genuine leadership and an ability to translate strategy into results in day-to-day operations. He has quickly built trust within the organization and demonstrated that he has both the expertise and the values required to lead Sakofall forward. For me, it therefore feels both natural and obvious to hand over the CEO role to Jens. At the same time, I look forward to being able to focus even more on business development and new growth opportunities for the company. This is an important step in our long-term development and strengthens our position to continue growing,” says Tom Sakofall.
