ABOUT US
Sakofall has its roots in Dalarna and was founded in 2014 by Tom Sakofall
Since 2014, we have grown into a strong team of 11 employees. In 2024 we had a turnover of 100 MSEK and with a clear growth strategy we aim to double our turnover in 2025.
As a real estate development company, we aim to enhance the mobility of the housing market in small and medium-sized cities. Our homes feature timeless design, thoughtfully crafted details, and prime locations that offer easy access to nature, services, and amenities. Our business is built on three core pillars: project development, construction, and property management.
