We at Sakofall are proud to present a new, significant collaboration with Norrlandsfonden and Ludvika municipality. The collaboration enables the construction of 160 new rental apartments in Ludvika.

We are securing financing totaling SEK 140 million through two separate partnerships - one with LF Dalarnas and one with Swedbank. These financings will enable construction starts for rental apartments in Ludvika and Smedjebacken during the first and second quarters of 2025.
