Electric vehicle charging for your needs via Laddaccess
We are continuously expanding our EV charging infrastructure in our properties through our partner Laddaccess. Laddaccess will develop electric car charging as the need increases and ensure that no queues for electric car charging arise.
What is Laddaccess?
Laddaccess is a rental service that offers installation, maintenance and operation of charging stations that are rented to residents through a contract directly with Laddaccess. Signing a rental agreement is completely voluntary and is done when you need charging in your parking space.
The price for you as a rental customer is:
- Entry fee: SEK 1,500
- Monthly rent: 400 SEK
- Variable charge for consumption of SEK/kWh
- Commitment period: 6 months, then 2 months continuous notice
If you want electric car charging in your parking lot
Installation takes place within 2-4 weeks of you registering your interest. You can easily get started and control your charging box using the associated app. The rental service includes full service and support, you contact Laddaccess directly and they will answer your questions.
