Sakofall has a deep appreciation for history and older buildings. So when the opportunity arose to preserve this charming, centrally located house in Ludvika from demolition, we acted without hesitation. We reached out to the property owner, who entrusted us with the purchase, and we’ve since carried out both exterior and interior renovations.

The historic building, formerly known as the Banmästarbostaden, was originally constructed between 1874 and 1875 and was relocated to its current site in 1903.
