Sakofall is proud to present our latest residential project in Ludvika—the Carla neighborhood. The project will be built on the Svanen property, strategically located at the intersection of Carlavägen and Fredsgatan in central Ludvika.
The project comprises a total of 36 new residential units and a ground-floor commercial space. Of these, 20 will be modern Tenant-owned homes will be listed through Fastighetsbyrån in Ludvika. In addition, 16 rental units and a 136-square-meter ground-floor commercial space are planned.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2026, and the project will be a significant addition to Ludvika’s urban development and housing market.
