What can be reported?

You should report any suspected misconduct that is in the public interest and affects the business or society at large. Minor issues that do not concern the public interest should first be discussed with your immediate supervisor, HR, the legal department, or senior management. You do not need to have complete evidence, but all reports must be made in good faith.

How is reporting handled?

All reports received are treated confidentially. Irrelevant information is deleted, and the case is retained only for as long as necessary. To ensure objectivity, the case is first handled by an external whistleblower unit. Afterward, internal contacts at Sakofall may Sakofall up on the case as needed.
