On May 6, 2022, the apartments in Brf Köpmannen will be taken over by their buyers. Sakofall Fastigheter would like to thank everyone involved in the project for a fantastic delivery. It was certainly not an optimal start when the project's turnkey contractor went bankrupt in September 2021. We quickly had to procure the various parts and took over the project management ourselves.
This was the start of our new arrangement where our company, Sakofall Byggnads AB, acts as a turnkey contractor for all our future projects towards the housing associations. In this way, we are in the driver's seat and have control throughout the project. Everything from purchasing to procurement of UE and project management.
