The project consisted of five semi-detached homes with a total of ten units in a central location. The homes were built in the traditional Dala style and designed as single-story units with a detached-home feel and their own small patios. The project combined the advantages of a central location with the convenience of low-maintenance, ground-floor living—the best of both worlds.
