Söderbergs Hage Housing Cooperative

Brf. Söderbergs Hage Phase 2 in Söderbärke consisted of newly built Tenant-owned homes with 3 or 4 rooms and a kitchen on the ground floor. Each home included a carport, a parking space, and two patios. The buildings were constructed in the classic Dala style with meticulous attention to detail and modern, well-planned living spaces. The homes featured, among other things, natural light from two directions, light-colored finishes, oak parquet flooring, fully tiled bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchens with an island and a pantry. The master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, provided additional comfort and ample storage space.
