Sakofall continues to take on the countryside! Now for the first time outside Dalarna and more specifically Hagfors. "We want to be involved in developing rural areas throughout the country in the long term. But initially we will stay in Dalarna or just outside the county, says CEO Tom Sakofall.
Fastighetsbyrån in Hagfors will be responsible for the sale. The project will be released for sale in August 2022. The plan is to put the shovel in the ground in May 2023 and the planned move-in is spring 2024.
Sakofall will build 10 Tenant-owned homes of 76 sqm with 3 rooms in single-storey semi-detached houses. The location is optimal in central Hagfors with a park-like feeling around. We call the project Brf Portvakten, says Tom Sakofall.
