On February 3, 2023, the purchase agreement for part of the property Ugglan 3 was signed by Ludvika kommunfastigheter AB and Sakofall Fastigheter AB.
- It feels safe and good that the property is sold to a local property owner who has visions for the building, says CEO Ulf Rosenqvist.
Sakofall Fastigheter AB will take possession of the property after the property formation has gained legal force (currently the average processing time is ten months) or as agreed. The purchase price amounts to SEK 800,000.

As soon as access takes place, we will begin a surface renovation inside, the outside will also be polished. The intended use of the building is offices, conference and training facilities - just like today, says Tom Sakofall, CEO of Sakofall Fastighet AB.
