When there was a chance to save the old Banmästarbostaden from demolition, we acted immediately and contacted the property owner who gave us the confidence to buy the property. The building is now being renovated and we have already replaced the roof. The facade will be renovated this spring and now the interior renovation is underway for the new tenant who will move in later this winter.
