Stora Enso Skog Chooses Brunnsvik – Signs Long-Term Agreement with Sakofall

Sakofall Stora Enso Skog to Brunnsvik. On September 1, the company will move into newly renovated commercial premises Röda Nästet, where nine employees will be based.

The establishment is the result of a long-term dialogue in which Sakofall with Stora Enso Skog, has developed the premises to meet the needs of the business. The former storage facility is now undergoing a comprehensive renovation to create modern and functional office spaces.

“We are very pleased that Stora Enso Skog has chosen Brunnsvik. This is a strong testament to the area’s appeal and to our efforts to create flexible and sustainable space solutions for our tenants,” says Gustav Rudolph, property manager at Sakofall.

The lease agreement is for a term of five years with an option to extend, which creates a solid foundation for a long-term partnership between the parties.

Stora Enso Skog cites both Brunnsvik’s location and the opportunity to be involved in the design of the facilities as key factors behind the decision.
