How it works:
– You rent the apartment as a two-room apartment measuring 68 m² for the first 24 months.
– Throughout the period, you can open up to a 3-room apartment at any time, conveniently and securely.
– After 24 months, the agreement automatically converts to a 3-room apartment of 76 m².
