Sakofall continues to believe in Ludvika – and is investing in a new headquarters at Brunnsvik!

We are growing, and with that, our need for space and inspiring work environments is also increasing. That’s why we are now building a new, 600 sqm headquarters at Brunnsvik. A place that offers more than just office space — an inspiring environment with close proximity to nature, creative workspaces, and exceptional opportunities for meetings and activities.

Our new office will serve as a hub for our expansion and reinforce our long-term presence in Ludvika. We’re creating a space where employees, customers, suppliers, and partners can collaborate, innovate, and drive projects forward. With conference facilities, overnight accommodations, and a stunning view of Lake Väsman, this is the perfect setting to further our vision: developing beautiful homes and vibrant communities.

We are currently working on an exciting new residential project featuring 32 stunning rental apartments, ranging from 76 to 86 m², with 3 to 4 rooms. Sakofall has secured financing of SEK 140 million

This funding will kickstart the construction of rental apartments in Ludvika and Smedjebacken, with projects scheduled to begin in the first and second quarters of 2025. Sustainability work

One step in our sustainability efforts is to switch to electric cars 😍Our project managers who are on the road visiting sites are now running on electricity only.

TopCell

We are so happy and proud that we will use TopCell as insulation for our upcoming projects. Our technical manager Anders has done a fantastic job in bringing about this collaboration.

TopCell develops and manufactures insulation products by processing raw materials from the forest industry. The products are based on wood fiber and are of very high quality. They are environmentally friendly and therefore particularly suitable for building with wooden structures. The insulation has good properties for energy efficiency, moisture, noise reduction and fire protection

- Thanks to one of my former colleagues now being part of Sakofall , I've been hearing great things about the company for some time.
When I got the chance to meet Tom and then his team, I quickly felt that this is the right place for me to work.
Sakofall as a company shines with entrepreneurship and innovation, and for me personally, I'm very much looking forward to working in a smaller organization where decision-making paths are short.
One note that I made early on was that the whole group at Sakofall is very solution-oriented and has a very wonderful culture of collaboration, nothing is stuck and problems are to be solved together!
I do my first day in September but have already had time to look at ongoing projects, I really look forward to being with Sakofall in continuing to develop the countryside with new, nice, pleasant homes.
